Slovakia Public Sector Partners Register (Register partnerov verejného sektora)

In 2017, the Act on the Register of Public Sector Partners (ARPSP) entered into force in Slovakia. It covers entities benefiting from public funding or conducting business with the state, so-called ‘Partners of Public Sector’. Data is collected by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic in the ‘Register partnerov verejného sektora’ (RPVS), which is free to use and public. This is the data which is available on the OpenOwnership register.

Ukraine Consolidated State Registry (Edinyy Derzhavnyj Reestr [EDR])

Beneficial ownership data in Ukraine has been publicly available as open data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (USR) since 2017. We regularly imported this data until September 2020, when a data format change caused us to pause imports indefinitely.

Denmark Central Business Register (Centrale Virksomhedsregister [CVR])

The regulation on registration of beneficial owners in Denmark entered into effect in May 2017. Data is collected by the Danish Business Authority in the Danish Central Business Register (aka CVR — Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister).
